JOHN DAMARI
John, born 1953, has become an accomplished artist, being influenced by his father from the age of seven, who was an artist in his own right. John is influenced by the ruggedness of the Scottish west coast and the Scottish islands, like Mull, Iona and Uist. Many landscapes of Northumberland and Tuscany give John inspiration to paint in vibrant colours and the use of the palate knife is his trademark. John donates many of his paintings to charities throughout the UK and in many parts of the world. A number of John's paintings have been exhibited for the Prince's Trust in Scotland and in schools, hospitals, churches, universities and a host of charities in the UK. Many of John's paintings are in private and corporate collections around the world.
