CutCloy Cottage is located at the southern most tip of the Machars Peninsula in South West Scotland, within walking distance of the fishing and sailing village of the Isle of Whithorn. The 'Isle' is designated an Outstanding Conservation Area and the cottage is a perfect base for exploring this unspoilt corner of Scotland. There are numerous walks and historic sites to visit locally, including the first christian settlement in Scotland, St Ninian's cave, and for book lovers, Wigtown and its famous festival are a must.
